Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you get from One Wet Shoe Media—whether it’s a custom website, a logo design, or a clever product from our store.

1. Digital Products: Due to the instant nature of digital downloads (templates, graphics, etc.), all digital product sales are final. If you encounter an issue accessing or using a file, we’re happy to help troubleshoot.

2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand): Our physical products are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers. As such, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the event of:

  • Items arriving damaged or defective

  • Incorrect items received (wrong size, design, or product)

If your order qualifies for a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item in question.

Because each item is custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues (unless there was a misprint), or accidental orders.

3. Custom Services: We offer tailored solutions like website design, branding, and graphic design. Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are not available once a project has begun. If you cancel before work starts, a partial refund may be available.

4. Requesting a Refund or Assistance: Email us at info@onewetshoe.com with your order number and details. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
